    I absolutely loved this old style diner. It's not high end, but it feels very comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and it sounded like there were several regulars there. Breakfast was outstanding. I will be coming back.

    Four stars are more so for the NY style restaurant hospitality. The homefries are pretty good not what I'm use to missing the onions & seasoning; but surely better than VA homefries, I mean VA chunky fried potatoes. Ambiance is very old fashion, which I do adore.

    What a wild card! If you want good food fast and cheap with a taste of love added to it, come to Dan's Place II. I had been eyeing this place for awhile with it's large coffee cup sign and oddball-like welcoming atmosphere. A hungover Sunday afternoon was the perfect time to come! I got eggs over easy and home fries, but I regretted getting the corned beef hash so much after my friend received his order. I tasted a bit of it and it was divine, crisp to perfection. The spot is like something out of a movie. It's antique and there are custom cartoons displayed inside. "We like old-fashioned," they've displayed on everything. Even the bathrooms are old-fashioned! They have a bar of soap propped behind the sink and everything. It reminded me of going to my grandma's house. The service here is amazing. They're always on top of things and moving things through quickly. Watch out, though! It's cash only. It says so on the door, thankfully, so you know what you're getting into.

    Great breakfast with excellent customer service
    It was a scene out of a movie with people coming into a small diner and the owner knew everyone's name and order. Very satisfied with the corn beef hash and home fries with 2 over easy eggs.
    Perfection.
